Kwa Yee Chu is now a PhD student in Institute of Environment and Ecology of SIGS. She is experienced in in vitro assessment of novel pharmacological formulation using cellular model, water quality evaluation including antibiotic-resistant bacteria gene sequencing and detection of pollutants of emerging concern, as well as studies on water use among underprivileged communities. Her research focus on water consumption and impacts on public health.
