On the morning of June 18, 2025, the 142nd Environmental and Ecological Academic Salon, hosted by the Institute of Environment and Ecology (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute"), was held in Room 303 of the C1 Teaching Building. The salon featured a keynote speech by Professor David W. Graham—Professor at Durham University (UK) and currently Honorary Professor at Newcastle University, as well as Visiting Professor at the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences—titled “How Can We Better Integrate Environmental Factors into One Health and Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance?” In addition, Professor Tong Zhang from the University of Hong Kong and Professor Ling Jin from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University were specially invited for academic exchange at the Institute. More than 30 faculty members and students participated in the event both online and offline.
